Instructions
For preparing thenga varutharacha konju curry, mix
turmeric
,
salt
, lime juice and
prawns
.
Fry it in
oil
till half cooked.
In a pan, add
coconut
, chilly powder and
coriander powder
.
Roast them well and grind it.
In a pan, heat oi. Add
onion
,
ginger
,
garlic
and fry well.
Add the tomatoes and
green chillies
.
Add ground paste and cook masala well.
Add
prawns
and cook
prawns
well.
Lastly, heat
oil
in a kadai, fry sliced
coconut
pieces,
curry leaves
and shallots.
When it turns dark brown, pour over gravy and serve.
