  1. For preparing thenga varutharacha konju curry, mix turmeric, salt, lime juice and prawns.
  2. Fry it in oil till half cooked.
  3. In a pan, add coconut, chilly powder and coriander powder.
  4. Roast them well and grind it.
  5. In a pan, heat oi. Add onion, ginger, garlic and fry well.
  6. Add the tomatoes and green chillies.
  7. Add ground paste and cook masala well.
  8. Add prawns and cook prawns well.
  9. Lastly, heat oil in a kadai, fry sliced coconut pieces, curry leaves and shallots.
  10. When it turns dark brown, pour over gravy and serve.
  11. Thenga varutharacha konju curry is ready.
