Ingredients
- Prawns(de-veined and cleaned) - 900 g
- White sesame seeds(roasted) - 1 tbsp
- Almonds - 1/2 cup
- Fresh cream - 1 tsp
- Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 inch
- garlic(finely chopped) - 5 cloves
- Onion(finely chopped, big) - 1 no
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 1 no
- Cumin seeds(powdered, Jeerakkam podi) - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing thick prawns dry, grind sesame seeds, cumin seeds, almonds and cardamom to a fine powder.
- Then grind in onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic to a fine paste.
- Heat oil in the pan and sautT the ground paste till a nice smell comes.
- Add in the coriander powder, curry leaves and salt. Saute well.
- Slowly pour in the cream and allow it to simmer for 2 minutes.
- Thick prawns dry is ready.
