  • Tinnai(foxtail millets) – 1cup
  • Pasiparuppu – 1/4cup
  • Pepper – 1/4tsp
  • Jeera – 1/2tsp
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  1. Soak both tinnai and pasiparuppu and keep aside
  2. Boil water 1: 4 for millet proportion
  3. Add both tinnai and pasiparuppu
  4. When it boil and cook well with porridege consistency
  5. Now add salt and pepper, jeera and turn off
  6. Now its ready to serve tinnai and pasiparuppu porridge
