Ingredients
  • garlic 6nos
  • Sunflower oil tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Egg(white portion) – 1no
  • Vinegar or lemon – 1tsp
Instructions
  1. 1) Blend in the garlic, egg, salt, oil and vinegar to a smooth mixture at high speed. 2) Add little more sunflower oil and blend again. :- Serve it as an accompaniment with fried chicken.
