Tasty tofu with capsicum curry

Ingredients
  • Organic tofu(sliced into very small pieces) – 1small
  • Green capsicum(finely sliced) – 2tbsp
  • Red capsicum(finely sliced) – 2tbsp
  • Green chilly(thinly sliced) – 1no
  • Onion(thinly sliced) – 1no
  • Ginger(A little, grated) –
  • Tomato(small) – 1no
  • Coriander powder 1/2tsp
  • Cumin powder(Jeerakam) – 1/2tsp
  • Chilly powder – 1/2tsp
  • Garam masala powder(North Indian variety) – 1/2tsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  • Curd – 2tbsp
  • Low fat milk(A little) –
  • Ghee
  • Butter – 1/2tsp
Instructions
  1. Lightly fry tofu in ghee.
  2. Put the fried tofu in curd and keep aside.
  3. Fry onions, capsicum, green chilly and ginger.
  4. Add masala powders.
  5. Add tomato and a little milk.
  6. Boil over low heat.
  7. Add the tofu and curd and cook for 2 – 3 mins.
  8. Add butter for taste to the curry.
  9. Remove from fire.
