- Fish fillets(cubed) - 500 g
- Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 5 nos
- garlic(finely chopped) - 2 cloves
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Thick coconut milk - 4 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 spring
- Chives - 3 springs
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing tomato fish fillet gravy, heat oil in a vessel and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add in garlic, tomatoes, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chilly powder, salt and pepper powder. Saute for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Toss in the fish fillets with a little water for the fish fillets to cook.
- Garnish with chives and coriander leaves. Remove it from the flame.
- Tomato fish fillet gravy is ready. Serve hot.
