Tomato Peas Kurma
Tomato peas kurma is truly an awesome recipe which suits for rice dosas and rotis or anything. This is quite simple to prepare. This kurma does not highlight the masala taste . We add ore tomatoes equivalent to peas. Both peas and tomatoes are cooked in coconut paste and served.

  1. saute bay leaf, ginger and garlic
  2. add onions and fresh peas
  3. add tomatoes to this
  4. when tomatoes turn soft add redd chilli powder, coriander powder and turmeric and salt.
  5. grind coconut with cashew and add to the kurma
  6. allow it to boil and serve.
