Tomato Poori
This is one version of my poori. I used to prepare poori in different taste. In that tomato poori is different taste.

  1. Grind the tomato and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl add wheat flour, tomato pulp, salt & turmeric. then mix well.
  3. If required add little water and make a dough
  4. Make small balls out of dough and flat thin with roll pin
  5. Heat the oil and fry the poori.
  6. Now the Tomato Poori ready to serve.
