Tomato Uthappam Traditional is very simple recipe. We can do this recipe quickly when we have this batter in our home. This tomato uthappam is very tasty and flavor with onion or shallots. Here we used shallots only to give more taste. Mianly we doing this Uthappam is raw rice. its gives more taste compare to parboiled rice. We can add either black urad dal or white urad dal its over wish. But i used black urad dal. Which is more healthy and tasty. We can chop the oniontomato as our wished shape and size.
