- Chicken - 1/2 Kg
- Red chilly powder - 2 1/2 Tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
- Corn flour - 1 Tbsp
- Egg - 1 Nos.
- Garam masala - 1/2 Tsp
- Dry red chilly flakes - 1 Tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 Tsp
- Rice flour - 1 Tbsp
- Fennel seed - 1 Tbsp
- Vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- Oil(For frying) -
- Curry leaves(One hand full) -

- Take all the ingredients and keep it ready
- Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients except oil.
- Add curry leaves and and keep it refrigerator for at least half an hour.(best to keep it in refrigerator overnight)
- Heat oil in a kadai and fry the chicken pieces in medium flame.
