- Turkey(cleaned) - 1 no
- Onions(finely sliced) - 3 nos
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Cloves(Grambu) - 2 nos
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 2 nos
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing turkey roast, cut the turkey into about 8 big pieces.
- In a vessel add in turkey, coriander powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder, cloves, cinnamon, onions, salt and required water. Allow the turkey to cook.
- Strain it and keep the stock aside(do not throw away the stock).
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the turkey till brown in colour.
- Remove the pieces and keep it aside.
- Pour in the remaining stock into the pan and allow it to simmer.
- Toss in the fried turkey and boil till it dries.
- Turkey roast is ready. Serve hot as a starter.
