  • For preparing turkey roast, cut the turkey into about 8 big pieces.
  • In a vessel add in turkey, coriander powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, chilly powder, cloves, cinnamon, onions, salt and required water. Allow the turkey to cook.
  • Strain it and keep the stock aside(do not throw away the stock).
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the turkey till brown in colour.
  • Remove the pieces and keep it aside.
  • Pour in the remaining stock into the pan and allow it to simmer.
  • Toss in the fried turkey and boil till it dries.
  • Turkey roast is ready. Serve hot as a starter.
