  • Boneless turkey – 1cup
  • Baby lettuce(chopped) – 5leaves
  • Onion stalk(finely chopped) – 1spring
  • Mayonnaise – 1tbsp
  • Cashew nuts(roasted) – 1tsp
  • Lime juice – 1/2tsp
  • Sesame seeds(Ellu) – 1/2tsp
  • Pepper powder 1/2tsp
  • olive oil 1tbsp
  • Salt(A pinch) –
  1. For preparing turkey salad, cook the turkey in salt water and drain it.
  2. Chop the turkey pieces and put it in a bowl.
  3. Add in sesame seeds, onion stalk, lettuce, cashew nuts, lime juice, mayonnaise, pepper powder and salt. Mix well and drizzle olive oil over it.
  4. Turkey salad is ready. Serve immediately.
