- All purpose flour(Maida) - 500 g
- Sugar - 1/2 tsp
- Dried yeast - 2 tsp
- Warm water - 300 ml
- olive oil - 1 tsp

Instructions
- For the dough: 1)For preparing turkey salami pizza, first sift flour into a big bowl.
- Make a well in the centre and add in the warm water. Knead the dough well.
- Remove the dough from the bowl and place it on a clean work surface.
- Knead it for 10 minutes till the dough is soft and elastic.
- Grease a bowl with a little olive oil and place the dough in the bowl. Cover it with a cling film and keep it in a warm place till it doubles in size.
- Then punch down the dough and knead it well for another 20 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 12 portions.
- Roll the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface till it becomes round and 1/4 inches thick.
- Now place the rolled out dough on a greased baking sheet, cover it and keep it aside for 20 minutes for it to rise.
- Spread pizza paste on top of it.
- Layer with turkey salami¦s and sliced tomatoes on it.
- Put the baking sheet with the rolled dough in a preheated oven and bake it at 220 degrees celcius till it becomes golden brown.
- Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough.
- Turkey salami pizza is ready. Serve hot.
