  • 50 g Turkey salami
  • 2 nos Tomato cut in fine rings
  • 1 tbsp Pizza sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic grated
  • 1/2 cup Black olives chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese grated
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • Olive oil As reqd
  • Salt As reqd

For the pizza dough:


  • For the dough: 1)For preparing turkey salami pizza, first sift flour into a big bowl.
  • Mix in salt, yeast and sugar well.
  • Make a well in the centre and add in the warm water. Knead the dough well.
  • Remove the dough from the bowl and place it on a clean work surface.
  • Knead it for 10 minutes till the dough is soft and elastic.
  • Grease a bowl with a little olive oil and place the dough in the bowl. Cover it with a cling film and keep it in a warm place till it doubles in size.
  • Then punch down the dough and knead it well for another 20 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 12 portions.
  • Roll the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface till it becomes round and 1/4 inches thick.
  • Now place the rolled out dough on a greased baking sheet, cover it and keep it aside for 20 minutes for it to rise.
  • Spread pizza paste on top of it.
  • Layer with turkey salami¦s and sliced tomatoes on it.
  • Sprinkle thyme, black olives, grated garlic and grated mozzarella cheese.
  • Put the baking sheet with the rolled dough in a preheated oven and bake it at 220 degrees celcius till it becomes golden brown.
  • Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough.
  • Turkey salami pizza is ready. Serve hot.
