Turmeric papaya smoothie
Turmeric papaya smoothie is an amazing combination of flavors makes this healthy drink super delicious. In this smoothie I used papaya, ripe banana, soy milk, honey, lemon juice and turmeric. Turmeric Papaya Smoothie is very easy to make , creamy and super delicious. Sometimes I really don’t feel like cooking my meals,there comes I tried different types smoothies. They are so easy to make , highly nutritious and light on stomach. I really enjoy my smoothies as breakfast mostly. It takes 5 minutes to make this Smoothie. If you are not a fan of turmeric, you can skip it. Its silky and creamy texture with soft and subtle flavours is rather delicious and makes a super good start into the day. The smoothie will still taste delicious. But turmeric is a powerful herb with healing properties, and I personally think everyone should try it. Papaya is rich in antioxidants, vitamin C and fiber. It is very low in calories, one cup contains just around 40 calories, which makes it the perfect fruit snack for me.   • Papaya(Peeled,seeded and chopped ) – 1/2Medium
  • Banana(Ripe) – 1Large
  • Soy milk or almond milk 1 1/2 Cup
  • Turmeric powder 1/2Tsp
  • Lemon or lime juice – 1Tbsp
  • Honey 2Tbsp
  1. Add all the ingredients on a blender and blend until smooth.
