- Turnip(peeled and grated) - 2 nos
- Potatoes(peeled and finely cubed) - 2 nos
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Onion(finely sliced) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tsp) -
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Cumin seeds(roasted) - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Water(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing turnip with potatoes, heat oil in a deep frying pan and allow the mustard seeds to splutter.
- Add in the onion, ginger-garlic paste, roasted cumin seeds and salt. Saute it for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Toss in the potatoes, green chillies, curry leaves and water. Allow it to cook for 10 minutes on low flame with a lid on.
- Turnip with potatoes are ready. Serve hot.
