Instructions
For preparing
turnip
with potatoes, heat
oil
in a deep frying pan and allow the
mustard seeds
to splutter.
Add in the
onion
,
ginger
-
garlic
paste, roasted
cumin seeds
and
salt
. Saute it for 5 minutes on low flame.
Toss in the potatoes,
green chillies
,
curry leaves
and
water
. Allow it to cook for 10 minutes on low flame with a lid on.
Then add in the grated
turnip
, cover it and allow it to cook for another 10 minutes on low flame till all the
water
is evaporated.
Turnip
with potatoes are ready. Serve hot.
