Instructions
For preparing turtle chicken, marinate the chicken with
turmeric powder
, chilly powder,
salt
, lemon and
ginger
-
garlic
paste for half an hour.
Add rice flour and corn flour to the marinated chicken. Mix well.
Heat
oil
in a vessel and deep fry the chicken till it becomes golden brown in colour.
Take the fried chicken from the
oil
and keep it aside.
Strain the
oil
. Heat a little strained
oil
in a vessel.
Saute
onion
, curry leaf and green chilly till the
onion
turns brown. Turn the gas to medium flame.
Then add the fried chicken and curd to the fried
onion
. Mix it well.
Close the pan with a lid and keep for 5 minutes in medium flame.
Turtle chicken is ready. Serve hot as a starter.
