  1. Clean and wash the shallots and garlic.
  2. Cook the shallots and garlic in water till soft and well cooked
  3. Add jaggery into it and cook again for 10 minutes.
  4. Add pepper powder,cumin powder,cook for 2 more minutes and remove from the flame.
  5. Ulliyum Sharkarayum is ready.have this twice a day for 3 days.
