Ingredients
Ingredients:
Urad dal –
200
gm
Sugar
–
1
cup
Water
–
1
cup
Soda
salt
–
1
pinch
All purpose flour
–
1/6
cup
Ghee
–
1
tblsp
Cardamom
powder –
1
pinch
Oil
(for frying) –
Instructions
Soak urad dal for ½ hour and grind in smoothly.
In bowl add urad batter ,
ghee
Add soda
salt
and
all purpose flour
and mix well
In mean time add
sugar
and
water
make
sugar
syrup
Heat
oil
in pan and put small ball of urad dal mixture.
Drain from
oil
and allow to cool for 5 mins transfer to
sugar
syrup
Now its ready to serve. For more taste soak for 30 mins
