Urad Dal Omelette
To kick start your day, always include an egg in your breakfast. A fluffy masala omelette with two slices of brown bread will keep you full until lunchtime. Urad dal is soak for an hours time and ground to a spongy batter. the are added to this and beaten up.onions and other ingredients are added and mixed poured down to tawa to make this flully omelette.

  • urad dal 3 tsp –
  • egg 2 –
  • onion chop 1/2 –
  • Salt to taste –
  • pepper to taste –
  • curry leaves and coriander chop –
  1. soak and grind urad dal
  2. add eggs
  3. mix thoroughly and add salt onions and coriander leaves
  4. pour the batter in tawa and sprinkle pepper
  5. fluffy omelette is ready to serve
