  • cow peas(vanpayar) – 1cup
  • onion chopped – 1cup
  • Dry red chilli – 3
  • Curry leaves 8
  • Salt 1tsp
  1. For preparing the delicious and healthy dish, first cook cow peas in a cooker.
  2. When cowpeas is cooked, keep it aside.
  3. Heat a kadai and add 1 spoon oil. Add mustard seeds and when the mustard seeds start crackling, we can add onions, red chilly and curry leaves.
  4. Mix all together, add salt and stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Now the delicious stir fry is ready to serve.
