Ingredients
- Hard boiled eggs - 4 nos
- Onion(chopped) - 2 tsp
- Onion(sliced) - 1 medium
- Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos
- Cinnamon(A small piece, Karugapatta) -
- Coconut(grated) - 1 cup
- Cardamom(Elakka) - 2 nos
- Garlic cloves - 4 nos
- Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Fennel seeds(Perumjeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Coriander leaves(For garnishing) -

Instructions
- Remove shell of boiled eggs and cut into four pieces. Keep this aside.
- Roast the coconut with chopped onion, cloves, cinnamon, cardamom garlic, some curry leaves and fennel seeds till coconut turns brown in color and add all powders with it.
- Grind the above mixture into a fine paste.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
