Instructions
- For preparing veal fillet with lime sauce, season the fillet with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with maida.
- Cover and bake it for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
- Remove the meat from the oven and keep it warm.
- Take a pan, add in lime juice and sugar. Heat it till it reduces a bit. Pour it on top of the cooked veal.
- Veal fillet with lime sauce is ready. Top it up with fresh cream and serve immediately.
