Ingredients
  • Curd : 1 cup –
  • carrot 1/2 no. –
  • cucumber 1/2 no. –
  • Coriander leaves :1 tsp –
  • Salt to taste –
Instructions
  1. take curd in a bowl and blend it by hand blender
  2. chop the carrot and cucumber
  3. add this chopped vegetables to the butter milk, coriander and salt and mix it
  4. veg butter milk is ready to serve
