Veg Macroni Dosa
Macroni is best always made for salads, but here is a different try to give it a stuffing to dosas. Surprisingly it was so tasty and yummy . Kids loved it a lot and it is a filling dish on its own. Vegetables were sauteed in oil and cooked macroni was added to it to make this stuffing with mild spices. This stuff can be used for both dosa and rotis.

Ingredients
  • macroni 50 gms –
  • carrots 1 –
  • beans 100 gms –
  • onions 1 –
  • ginger garlic paste 1 sp –
  • Salt to taste –
  • black pepper 1 sp –
Instructions
  1. cook macroni in hot water and rinse in cold water.
  2. chop onion ,carrot and beans
  3. temper oil with mustard seeds and add ginger garlic paste , and onions.
  4. add other veges, salt and black pepper.
  5. add cooked macroni and stir few mins.
  6. spread thin dosa and flatten it
  7. spread macroni mixer upon it.
  8. fold it on all sides ans serve.
