- Onion(Sliced (cut into Petals)) - 1/2 No.
- Capsicum(Medium size slices) - 1/2 No.
- Spring onion(Cut into small pieces) - 3 Tbsp
- Salt(To taste) -
- Chinese Manchurian Powder - 1 Packet
- Refined oil - 1.5 Tbsp

For Manchurian Gravy

- Mix all ingredients mentioned above except oil for making Manchurian Balls.
- Knead the Ingredients slowly into a dough without giving much pressure as that will increase/release water from the vegetables.
- Make small lemon sized balls from the above dough.
- Heat Oil in a Cheenachatti and fry the balls till the colour of Manchurian Balls turn into brown/golden.
- Keep the fried balls aside
- Add the Manchurian powder in about 450 Ml. water and mix it without forming lumps.
- Heat some Oil in a Cheenachatti/Kadai and add Onion, Capsicum and Spring Onion pieces into this hot Oil and stir it well.
- When the colour of these vegetables turn light golden, add the prepared mixture of Manchurian Powder into the Cheenachatti/Kadai.
- Boil the gravy for about 3 - 5 minutes till it turns thick in consistancy.
- Now add the prepared Manchurian Balls into this gravy, stir it well and then turn off the stove.
- Garnish the Manchurian with some Spring Onions and serve it hot with Chappathi/Parotta/Fried Rice.
