Ingredients
  • Potato 4 no. –
  • Carrot : 1 no –
  • beans 6 no. –
  • capsicum 1/2 no. –
  • Besan flour : 1 cup –
  • Maida : 3 tsp –
  • Red chili powder : 1 tsp –
  • Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp –
  • Salt to taste –
  • Green chili 1 no. –
  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp –
  • Coriander leaves : 2 tsp –
  • Oil : 3 tsp –
  • carom seed 1/2 tsp –
Instructions
  1. peel and grate the potato
  2. chop the carrot, beans, and capsicum
  3. In a bowl add grate the potato, besan flour,red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, chopped green chili, ginger garlic paste, carom seed, and coriander leaves and mix well
  4. now add maida and mix it
  5. add chopped vegetables and mix it
  6. Mix like a thick batter
  7. heat the tawa and apply like dosa and cook both the side applying oil
  8. now Veg Potato Pancake is ready to serve.
