  1. Finely Chop the carrot, beans and capsicum
  2. in a bowl add wheat flour, salt, red chili powder, turmeric pwoder, carrot, beans, capsicum and water
  3. make as soft dough
  4. from dough take small ball roll it applying wheat flour
  5. heat the tawa and cook the roti by applying oil both the side
  6. now veg roti is ready, serve with any sabzi and raitha
