Veg Samosa
An Indian samosa is a flaky crust made of maida and filled with spiced Vegetables. Samosas are probably the most popular Indian appetizer and are often served as hors d’oeuvres. This recipe is for traditional north Indian Samosa.

  1. Make dough with maida, salt and water
  2. finely chop the onion, carrot,beans, potato and capsicum
  3. heat the oil in the pan and saute the onion
  4. add chopped vegetables and mix it
  5. add red chilli powder, salt, garam masala and cumin seed powder and mix it
  6. cook until the vegetables get cooked dont add water
  7. take a small ball from dough and roll it
  8. stuff the veg masala
  9. fold as samosa shape
  10. heat the oil and deep fry it
  11. now veg samosa is ready to serve
