  • Boneless Chicken – 1cup
  • Noodles – 1packet
  • Carrots(peeled and grated) – 1cup
  • Capsicums – 1/2cup
  • Spring onions(finely chopped) – 1cup
  • Cabbage(shredded) – 1cup
  • Soya Sauce – 1tbsp
  • Water(As reqd) –
  • Oil(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing vegetable-chicken chopsuey, cook the noopdles in boiling salt water and then drain it . Wash it under tap water and mix it in oil. Keep it aside.
  2. Cook the chicken pieces in salt water, drain it and shred it. Keep it aside.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the noodles until golden brown. Remove it from the flame and keep it aside.
  4. In the same pan, heat oil and sautT the spring onions till it becomes transparent.
  5. Toss in the cooked chicken, soya sauce, carrots, capsicum and cabbage. Saute it for 10 minutes over low flame and remove it from the flame.
  6. Mix in the fried noodles.
  7. Vegetable-chicken chopsuey is ready. Serve immediately.
