all above vegs chopped and taken 3 –

Instructions
chop all the vegetables
saute all vegetabless except paneer in a pan to a soft cook
add shredded
ginger
and
salt
add paneer pieces and pepper
beat two eggs and pour it in pan
slightly turn the eggs and mix with vegetables and serve
