- Tomato - 1 no
- Cashews - 8-10 nos
- Poppy seeds(Khashakhasha) - 1 tsp
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Garlic and ginger paste - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.
- Cook all vegetables except peas and onion and keep aside.
- Roast poppy seeds and green chillies in little oil.
- Grind it along with all other grinding ingredients.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry cinnamon, cardamoms followed by onions and fry till translucent.
- Add ground paste and fry for a few minutes.
- Pour required water to make it into a thick gravy and cook till done.
- Just before turning off, add fresh cream and simmer for two minutes.
- Garnish with finely cut coriander leaves.
- :- Serve hot with chapathis or parathas.
