  • Oats(to bind the cutlets) –
  • Carrot(grated) – 1/2cup
  • Bottle gourd(grated) – 1/2cup
  • Cabbage(grated) – 1/2cup
  • Chilly powder – 1tsp
  • Oregano(finely chopped) – 2springs
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) – 4springs
  • Lime juice – 3tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) –
  1. For preparing vegetable oats cutlet, take a bowl and mix in carrot, oats, bottle gourd, cabbage, chilly powder, oregano, lime juice, coriander leaves and salt. Mix it well.
  2. Make small balls and make cutlet shapes. Keep them aside.
  3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and fry the cutlets till brown in colour on low flame.
  4. Vegetable oats cutlet’s are ready. Serve hot.
