Vegetable Salad – Healthy
Delictable salad you can have with any rice.

Ingredients
  • Onions(medium) – 2nos
  • Carrot(sliced) – 1no
  • Cucumber(sliced, small) – 1no
  • Tomato(remove seeds, medium) – 1no
  • Coriander leaves – 1cup
  • Chilli pepper(optional if you want spicy) – 1
  • Salt 1/2tsp
  • Cumin powder(Jeerakam) – 1/2tsp
  • Chilly powder – 1/4tsp
  • Lemon juice – 2
Instructions
  1. Cut onions, carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes into small pieces.
  2. Add coriander leaves, chilli peppers, salt, cumin powder, lemon juice and chilli powder.
  3. Mix everything well.
  4. :- Serve with any rice and enjoy!
