  • Mixed vegetables(chopped, beans, carrots, cabbage) –
  • Tuvar dhal – 2tbsp
  • Cornflour 2tbsp
  • Pepper(A pinch) –
  • Butter – 2tbsp
  • Onion(cut into small pieces) – 1/2of
  • Chicken stock(Little) –
  1. First cook the vegetables and dhal in the cooker for 2 whistles. Grind into a smooth mixture.
  2. Then add cornflour. Boil and stir until it becomes thick.
  3. Add some chicken stock.
  4. Heat butter in a pan and fry chopped onions. Sprinkle pepper powder and pour the seasoning into the vegetable soup.
