- Chicken(chopped) - 1 kg
- Onions(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomato(finely chopped) - 1 no
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -
- Potato(peeled and cubed) - 1 no
- Beetroot(peeled and cubed, small) - 1 no
- Beans(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Carrot(peeled and cubed, small) - 1 no
- Yam(peeled and cubed) - 1/2 cup
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Lime juice - 5 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Fennel seeds(Perum jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 5 springs

Instructions
- For preparing veggie chicken dry, heat oil in a vessel and fry the cumin seeds and fennel seeds.
- Add onions and salt. Saute till it becomes transparent.
- Then add in the turmeric powder, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, tomato and pepper powder.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and lime juice.
- Veggie chicken dry is ready. Serve hot with chapatti, bread, etc.
