- Duck(cleaned and chopped) - 1 kg
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 tbsp
- Onions(chopped) - 2 nos
- Tomatoes(chopped) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 2 nos
- Beans(chopped) - 3 nos
- Carrot(peeled and cubed) - 1 no
- Coconut milk - 1 1/2 cups
- Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1 inch
- Cloves(Grambu) - 3 nos
- Chicken soup cube - 1 no
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 3 springs
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Pepper powder(A pinch) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing duck stew, take a pressure cooker and cook duck, potatoes, carrot, onions, beans, tomatoes, green chillies, salt, cloves, cinnamon and chicken soup cube with required water. Allow it to cook.
- Pour in the coconut milk and toss in the curry leaves. Do not boil and switch off flame.
- In a bowl mix in the maida with a little water to make a lump free liquid.
- Pour the maida mix into the duck stew and mix it well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and pepper powder. Allow it to simmer for 1 minute and remove it from the flame.
- Veggie-duck stew is ready. Serve hot with bread, rice, etc.
