  1. soak fenugreek and rice separately over night
  2. first grind fenu greek
  3. when it turns fluffy add rice to it and grind
  4. after grinding mix some water and bring it to a smooth batter
  5. put it in a kadai with gingelly oil and stir gently keep stirring slowly by adding oil
  6. now add palm jaggery to it and mix well
  7. mix untill it dissolves completely
  8. now vendhaya kali is ready to serve
