Instructions
For preparing semiya vilayichath, break the semiya.
Fry semiya in
oil
till it turns brown in colour.
Meanwhile fry
coconut
, cashew nuts,
raisins
and
sugar
in
ghee
.
Add in the semiya and stir well.
Semiya vilayichath is ready.
