Ingredients
- Wheat flour(Atta podi) - 1 cup
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1 cup
- Lukewarm water - 1 cup
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- olive oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
For the filling:
- Boneless beef - 1 cup
- Butter(soft) - 2 tbsp
- garlic(finely chopped) - 4 cloves
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 spring

Instructions
- In a big mixing bowl, add wheat flour and maida.
- Pour in the yeast mixture along with olive oil and start kneading the dough.
- Knead the dough till the dough becomes smooth and elastic. Add maida if you feel the dough is too sticky.
- Coat the mixing bowl and the dough with some olive oil.
- Cover the bowl with a damp muslin cloth, keep it aside for the dough to rise double in size in a warm place for 1 hour.
- In a bowl mix in the shredded beef, grated garlic, green chillies, salt and coriander leaves. Keep it aside.
- Grease a loaf tin with some oil and keep aside.
- Punch down the dough and knead for 2-3 minutes. Divide the dough into two equal parts.
- Sprinkle a little maida on the workspace and roll out the dough into a rectangle(about half an inch thick).
- Spread half of the beef filling on it.
- Roll the rectangle and cut into four pieces to get spiral shapes.
- Place the rolls into the greased pan.
- Repeat the procedure with the other half of the dough.
- Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and keep the rolls aside for 30-45 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 180C.
- Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes till it becomes golden brown in colour.
- Brush the top of the rolls with butter immediately after you remove it from the oven.
- Remove the rolls immediately from the tin and allow it to cool.
