  1. Fry the wheat flour, till it`s colour is slightly changes
  2. :- just like frying rava.
  3. Keep it aside in a wide mouthed bowl.
  4. Add some salt to a cup of warm water and sprinkle it evenly over the flour and mix it like the rice puttu.
  5. Spread a clean, slightly moistened cloth over an idly thattu and spread the flour evenly.
  6. Spread the grated coconut over it.
  7. Cover with the lid and cook till steam comes out.
  8. :- Serve hot.
