  1. For preparing white wine poached salmon, marinate the salmon with parsley, crushed pepper, salt and olive oil.
  2. Heat wine, lemon grass and ginger in a sauce pan.
  3. Add water and bring to boil.
  4. Add the salmon skin side down and cook covered.
  5. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
  6. White wine poached salmon is ready.
