Ingredients
  • chopped carrots 1/2 cup –
  • brocolli 1/2 cup –
  • beans 1/2 cup –
  • knol knol 1/2 cup –
  • spring onion 1/2 cup –
  • dal (moong) 2 sp –
  • Salt
  • pepper 1/2 sp –
  • jeera 1/2 sp –
  • shallots 3 – 4
  • Garlic – 2 – 3
  • Coriander leaves : few –
Instructions
  1. chop the vegetables
  2. heat pan add bay leaf
  3. saute all vegetables for a minute
  4. add dal
  5. add water
  6. in a muslin cloth tie jeera pepper garlic and shallots
  7. put the tied cloth in it and pressure cook for a whistle in low flame
  8. remove bay leaf and tied cloth and grind it
  9. again keep in low flame add salt
  10. add pepper and garnish with coriander leafs and serve
