Ingredients
- Cucumber(peeled and finely cubed) - 2 cups
- Roasted Peanuts - 2 tbsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/4 tsp
- Green chilly(slit) - 1 no
- Coconut(grated) - 2 tbsp
- Lime juice - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Asafoetida(A pinch) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Add the slit green chilly.
- Add asafoetida and curry leaves. Remove it from the flame, pour it in the salad and mix well.
- Yummy cucumber salad is ready. Serve immediately.
