For preparing yummy mussels dry, blend all the ingredients under 'to grind': cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns and chilly powder to a fine powder.
Add in the onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar and salt and blend it again to a fine paste.
Marinate the mussels in this above masala over night.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the mussels on both the sides. Keep it aside.
