- Mussels(cleaned) - 1 cup
- Onion(finely chopped, big) - 1 no
- Tomato(finely chopped, big) - 1 no
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 spring
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 5 springs

Instructions
- For preparing yummy mussels dry, blend all the ingredients under 'to grind': cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns and chilly powder to a fine powder.
- Marinate the mussels in this above masala over night.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry the mussels on both the sides. Keep it aside.
- In the same oil fry the onions, curry leaves, turmeric powder, coriander powder and tomato.
- Toss in the fried mussels and mix it well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Yummy mussels dry is ready. Serve hot.
