Ingredients
- Mutton(cleaned and chopped) - 1 kg
- Yellow lentils(cooked in salt water) - 1/2 cup
- Onions(finely cubed) - 2 nos
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp) -
- Coconut(grated) - 1/2 cup
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Curry leaves - 2 springs
- Water(As reqd) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a vessel and saute the onions till transparent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, green chillies and curry leaves.
- Toss in the cooked lentils and mutton. Mix it well.
- Sprinkle in chilly powder and turmeric powder. Mix it well with a little water and allow the mutton to cook.
- Pour in the coconut paste and allow it to simmer on low flame for 10 minutes.
- Yummy mutton curry is ready. Serve hot with chappathi, dosa, etc.
