- Boneless pork(cubed) - 1k g
- Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
- Dry red chillies(flaked) - 4 nos
- Black peppercorns - 1 tsp
- Green cardamom(seeds only) - 5 nos
- Fenugreek seeds - 1 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Demerara sugar - 1/2 tsp
- White wine vinegar - 4 tbsp
- Onion(finely sliced, big) - 1 no
- Ginger(paste) - 1 tbsp
- garlic(paste) - 2 cloves
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing yummy pork vindaloo, grind the cumin seeds, dry red chillies, peppercorns, cardamom seeds, fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds to a fine powder.
- In pressure cooker heat oil and fry the pork cubes over a medium flame until it becomes lightly browned. Remove the pork and keep it aside.
- Then add in the coriander powder and turmeric powder. Saute for 2 minutes on low flame.
- Toss in the fried pork pieces with required water. Cover it and allow the pork to cook till it becomes tender.
- Yummy pork vindaloo is ready. Serve hot with rice.
