Ingredients
  

  • Biriyani rice : 2 ½ cup
  • Onion : 2 nos (slices)
  • Onion : 1 no (chopped)
  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 ½ tsp
  • Garam masala : 2 tsp
  • Cahewnut/ raisins : 1 tsp
  • Ghee : as reqd
  • Salt : as reqd
  • Water : 5 ½ cup

Instructions
 

  • In a pan, add little ghee and fry the rice till slightly crispy.
  • Keep this aside.3) In the pan, heat a tsp of ghee and oil.4) Add onion chopped and ginger-garlic paste and sauté well.
  • Add the fried rice and mix well.6) Mean while boil the water with salt and garam masala.7) Add the fried rice into it.8) Allow it to cook in low fire.
  • When done, transfer into small plate.10) Fry the sliced onion in oil and mix with the cooked rice and serve hot.
