Biriyani rice : 2 ½ cup
Onion : 2 nos (slices)
Onion : 1 no (chopped)
Ginger
garlic paste : 1 ½ tsp
Garam masala : 2 tsp
Cahewnut/ raisins : 1 tsp
Ghee : as reqd
Salt : as reqd
Water : 5 ½ cup
Instructions
In a pan, add little ghee and fry the rice till slightly crispy.
Keep this aside.3) In the pan, heat a tsp of ghee and oil.4) Add onion chopped and ginger-garlic paste and sauté well.
Add the fried rice and mix well.6) Mean while boil the water with salt and garam masala.7) Add the fried rice into it.8) Allow it to cook in low fire.
When done, transfer into small plate.10) Fry the sliced onion in oil and mix with the cooked rice and serve hot.
