Cut the chicken into small cubes. 2) Marinate chicken with chilli powder, pepper, salt and corn flour.2) Keep this for 1 hour. Fry the chicken pieces 1 by one in slow fire.
Keep aside the fried pieces.
In a kadai heat little vegetable oil. Fry the shallots,, ginger, garlic, green chillies and coriander leaves.
When flavour comes out, add hot sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar and pepper.6) Add the onion and capsicum cubes in it.
Add the fried chicken and mix well.(add very little water ie, ½ ladle) and coat the mix into the chicken.
When done remove from fire. 9) Very tasty chicken chilli in a twist.
